In this 2 hour workshop we will do simple exercises which relax us and prepare us for meditation. We will practice methods for releasing tension and blockages in our energy systems and for revitalising and brightening our body/mind.
When we are relaxed and energised, our awareness is open and spacious, and we can enter easily and naturally into a meditative state.
This workshop follows on from earlier sessions but can also serve as an introduction for those who are interested in exploring ways to refresh, sustain and deepen their meditation practice.
