Mindfulness of the body practice invites you to release tension as you develop your sensing and feeling capacity. Qigong and Somatic (body-based) practices prepare you for meditation by supporting relaxation and quieting the mind. These practices can also connect you to the Earth, and to the space within and around you, grounding you in present-moment awareness. As you relax more deeply, you can open to dimensions of experience not accessible to your thinking mind, and insights naturally arise.

There will be guided lying-down and sitting meditations along with the qigong practices, all of which are suitable for any level of health and fitness.

The first session on February 27 will begin with an introduction for newcomers.

Cost: $140 for all 4 sessions or $40 per session
