Our Saturday workshops continue exploring mind/body practices. These include hands-on energy work, simple qigong and guided meditations which bring us back to wholeness and wellbeing.
These are worrying and hectic times and our attention is easily scattered. Nerves get frayed and our minds and hearts become agitated and ungrounded.
Turning towards mindful self-care orientates us to the present moment and grounds us in our body. We learn to draw on the healing energy that is available when we unify and quiet our heart, mind and body and revitalise our energetic connection with all that is.
