February Meditations on Zoom with Erin

Monday evenings – 7:45pm to 8:15pm

These simple half-hour guided meditations  are offered as a support for living in stressful times. We will be grounding and relaxing, softening resistance, releasing contractions and opening to spacious awareness.

Everyone is welcome to join and, since many of us already spend the day at a computer, there will be no requirement to have your camera switched on.

The meditations are freely offered. However, dana will be gratefully received if you’d like to contribute to Original Nature’s running costs (zoom, mailchimp, website etc)
