Collective stress has ramped up in this time of the Covid pandemic and climate crisis and it affects us all. When we’re stressed and tense it can be more difficult to sustain our meditation practice – just when we need it most.
This session will focus on unburdening ourselves of stress – calming the mind, soothing our energy systems and relaxing the body.
You’re invited to join us on Zoom this Saturday practising simple techniques which help release stress, and which support you to come home to a sense of safety and belonging in the present moment.
