Meditation transforms our relationship with ourselves. We learn to receive our experience in an accepting, non-judging and kindly way. As our mind settles, patterns of self-criticism, resistance and wanting become apparent, needing to be released. A quieting mind begins to see more clearly, and we can open to a luminous and unbounded sense of presence.
Qigong reconnects us with our body and restores the natural flow of energy within us and between us and the world. It balances our energies and emotions, enabling us to relax more easily and deeply into a meditative state.
This weekend retreat is an opportunity to start the new year in the way you want to continue it – committing to the process of reconnection and transformation, to becoming the radiant being you have the potential to be.
