Saturday Session – 4:00pm to 5:30pm – October 15Seeking relief from stress and pain we default to trying to control and eliminate negative experiences. However, although understandable and natural, attempts to control and resist feelings only reinforce our tendency to be at odds with ourselves and with life. Thus, many of us live on a mouse-wheel of stress and struggle.These regular workshops (which are open to newcomers) focus on caring for yourself and opening to difficulties in a way that truly heals you. As well as meditation, you will practice simple qigong and energy work techniques to learn and nurture grounding, relaxation and the beautiful experience of Presence.
