RESTORING THE FLOW – Meditation, Qigong and Energy Work for Troubled Times

Stress can disrupt our body/mind connection and lead to energy blockages and physical tension. Trying to meditate in these conditions can lead to more distress, as relaxation and inner quiet remain elusive when our body/mind energies are disturbed.
During these sessions, you will learn and practise simple techniques which restore flow, balance, relaxation and well-being. These embodied practices support, enhance and deepen mindfulness and insight meditation practice. Each session will include qigong and energy exercises, as well as sitting and lying down meditation.
